1. The app collects no data

Copperview Streaming does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to us or to third parties. The app contains no analytics, tracking or advertising services and requires no account.

2. Local settings

Favorites, language, window sizes and positions and the last opened page (session restore) are stored only locally on your Mac. We have no access to them.

3. Websites you visit

Copperview displays websites you choose to open. These websites may set their own cookies, local storage and similar data, which are stored locally on your Mac, and may process data about you (e.g. sign-in, viewing history). The respective website operator is responsible for this, and its privacy policy applies. You can remove all website data at any time in Copperview’s settings via “Clear Website Data”.

4. Apple

Purchase and download are handled by the Mac App Store under Apple’s privacy policy. We only receive anonymized, aggregated sales statistics and, if you have opted in to share with developers in macOS, crash reports.

5. This website

This website is a static site hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, the hoster processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, time, requested page, browser) to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no trackers and loads no external fonts or scripts.

6. Contact and your rights

If you contact us by email, we process your message only to respond (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact: ht-works@outlook.com.
